Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services of Golden Dema Mastery ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Golden Dema Mastery.

We provide child development and therapy services including: • Speech & Language Therapy • Behavioural Therapy (ABA) • Occupational Therapy • Educational Therapy • Multidisciplinary Therapy • Assessment Services • Shadow/Support Teacher Services • Parent Training & Coaching Services are delivered by certified professionals at our centres, in schools, or via secure teletherapy where appropriate. Specific therapy plans are developed after initial assessment.

• Consultation fee: ₦10,000 (non-refundable, applied to first session if proceeding) • Therapy sessions: ₦25,000–₦30,000 per session (varies by type) • Assessment packages: ₦80,000 • Package discounts available for 6+ sessions • Payment due before or at each session • Accepted: Bank transfer, Paystack (card/USSD), cash • Invoices provided for all payments • Late payments may result in session suspension

• 24+ hours notice: Free rescheduling • 2–24 hours notice: 50% session fee charged • Less than 2 hours / no-show: Full session fee charged • Emergencies considered case-by-case (documentation may be required) • Package sessions expire 12 months from purchase • Therapist cancellations: Free reschedule or credit

• Provide accurate medical/developmental information • Attend sessions punctually • Participate in home practice activities • Communicate changes in child's condition/medication • Ensure child is well enough for therapy (no fever, contagious illness) • Supervise child before/after sessions at centre • Update contact details promptly • Respect therapists and other clients

• Provide evidence-based, individualized therapy • Maintain professional certifications and insurance • Protect confidentiality (within legal limits) • Communicate progress regularly • Maintain safe, child-friendly environment • Follow safeguarding and child protection policies • Provide session notes within 48 hours • Refer to specialists when needed

• All information is confidential per HCPC/RCSLT/BACB standards • Records stored securely for 7 years post-discharge • Information shared only with consent or legal obligation • Safeguarding concerns override confidentiality • You may request access to records at any time • Digital records encrypted; physical records locked

• Therapy outcomes cannot be guaranteed • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages • Maximum liability limited to fees paid in preceding 12 months • This does not affect statutory rights or liability for negligence causing death/injury • Clients assume inherent risks of therapy activities

Either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for: • Non-payment of fees • Abusive/threatening behaviour • Repeated no-shows (3+ consecutive) • Breach of these Terms Refunds for unused package sessions provided on pro-rata basis minus 10% admin fee.

• We encourage informal resolution first • Formal complaints acknowledged within 5 business days • Mediation available before legal proceedings • Governing law: Federal Republic of Nigeria • Jurisdiction: Lagos State courts • NDPR and Consumer Protection Act apply
